Here is one recipe that goes well with any roast, will pique everybody’s interest, making their eyes light up and mouths water! And I’m betting this will become everyone’s favourite gravy….so be sure not to get addicted to the sheer awesomeness that is chocolate gravy.
- 200ml beef stock
- 60g 72% dark chocolate broken into small pieces
- 10g Butter
- Boil the beef stock until it has reduced by half.
- Add the chocolate a piece at a time until fully dissolved
- Add the butter
- Pour over your steak and enjoy.
For a nice twist add tarragon of for a spicy sauce add chopped chillis.
